Subscribe to a YouTube Channel

You can subscribe to a YouTube channel to get emails for new videos. YouTube channels support for WebSub so you will get notified of new uploads as soon as they happen. Simply follow the instructions below. If you prefer these instructions are also available as a YouTube video.

1. Navigate to the channel you want to subscribe to. (If you are watching a video just click the channel name or logo under the video to navigate to the channel page.)
2. Copy the URL.
3. Go to feedmail.org/subscriptions/new, enter the channel URL, and click Go.
4. Fill in your details and click Subscribe.

Subscribe to a Playlist

While you can subscribe to playlists, YouTube has some funny behaviours. Most notably it only includes the top 14 items in the feed. This means that for playlists with more than 14 videos notifications will only be sent if new videos are added to the top of the playlist. Videos added at the bottom will never notify.

1. Navigate to the playlist you want to subscribe to.
2. Copy the URL.
3. Go to feedmail.org/subscriptions/new, enter the playlist URL, and click Go.
4. Fill in your details and click Subscribe.
